Leadership
If there is one quote that summarizes my style to leadership it is by Anoine de Saint Exupery: "If you want to build a ship, don't drum up people to collect wood and don't assign them tasks and work, but rather teach them to long for the endless immensity of the sea." As I have grown in my career, I have begun to understand that the key to achieving any objective is to instill purpose, passion and coach your team towards the goal.

It is in purpose that a team finds direction, and that is what what I see my role as a leader. To instill purpose and translate that purpose to challenging the status quo, growing as a team. I firmly believe in coaching, and accountability not micro management and it is upon this foundation that my teams work towards fulfilling our goals.
It is with this ideal that I hope this website provides a reflection of who I am today and as I continue to grow, my goal is to change this little piece of the internet to reflect the individual I am.
